The MedSpa is excited to announce the collaboration with Rhéo Functional Medicine with Dr. Lana Sherr, PharmD.

About Rhéo Functional Medicine:

Dr. Lana Saad Sherr is the founder of Rhéo Functional Medicine. The name Rhéo comes from the Greek root meaning “to flow,” reflecting her philosophy that when the body’s systems are supported and working together, health can move back into its natural flow. Her approach focuses on addressing underlying imbalances system by system, with a special interest in supporting women’s health and helping patients achieve balance and long-term wellness.

Through the Rhéo program we will be offering Functional Medicine Consultations, Gut-Testing & Intrepretation for Food Sensitivities (great for IBS, GERD, & allergy management), Sleep & Stress Optimization, Hormone Optimization, Weight Management, Preventative & Lifestyle Medicine Treatment Plans. The program will also offer add-on services with a Registered Dietitian and Mental Health Therapist.

About Dr. Lana Saad Sherr:

Dr. Sherr is a Doctor of Pharmacy and Functional Medicine Pharmacist who collaborates with The Med Spa and Drs. Branton and Jarrah to provide functional medicine services to patients in Salisbury, Maryland. She is passionate about women’s health and focuses on helping patients identify the root causes of their health concerns through personalized, system-based care designed to restore balance and support long-term wellness.

Dr. Sherr serves as Assistant Dean for Professional Affairs and Associate Professor of Pharmacy at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore School of Pharmacy. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Lebanese American University and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency in Ambulatory Care and Public Health at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

She has completed multiple functional medicine certifications through the Institute of Functional Medicine, including Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice, the Hormone Advanced Practice Module, the Gastrointestinal Advanced Practice Module, and Therapeutic Food Plans: A Component of Personalized Nutrition. She also holds a Weight Management Certificate through the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and a Teaching Certificate from Samford University.

She is fluent in Arabic, English, and French and is committed to helping patients achieve lasting health through a collaborative and personalized approach to care.
