Malinda D. Cecil is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 45 years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. Her work has included community programs, clinical care, diabetes and weight management, along with more than twenty years of teaching future dietitians.
She holds a master’s degree in Community Nutrition and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership in Health and Human Services.
Malinda takes a personalized approach to nutrition, focusing on each person’s lifestyle, goals, and preferences. She believes that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive—just thoughtful, balanced, and tailored to you.
